The lineage and master is one of the utmost important factors for one to be a Vajra master
These teachers that I just mentioned are not ordinary teachers but they were really important teachers, very important teachers in this century.

I mentioned earlier that [Guru is] someone who is able to point at one’s nature; someone, who is able to show you the path to the nature of the mind. And therefore, it is a very important person in one’s life, because for a Dharma practitioner, most important is to realize one’s own nature; and that has to go through teacher’s instructions and guru’s blessing.
I actually explained earlier. One student may have many teachers but “Root” means the main teacher. Then come to “Yoga”. “Yoga” is like a union in fundamental reality. “Yoga” is the realization of that happy state. For a dharma practitioner, the main reason to go for dharma practice is to have that realization, the genuine realization. And that has to rely on the meditation. What kind of meditation?
The instructions of Dzogchen Teaching gives a way to [reach] the nature, to that purity, very directly. And the liberation is not something far from oneself but within oneself.
Today the program is to discuss on the short version, very brief text of Longchen Nyingthik ngondro: Opening the Door to the Naturally Present Inner Clarity.
Therefore, for us it is not smart to say that Buddha taught only Hiayana, or Buddha did not teach Vajrayana teachings. Because we do not know actually.
Good leadership or good education make a big difference for the understanding and conduct of people. For that reason, it’s our responsibility to educate and to teach people to have greater understanding, better conduct and more honesty. (Honesty is real gold, real diamonds, real jewels.)
When people say they are unhappy, then of course they lack peace. What reduce this kind of peace, or energy is the negative emotions I’ve mentioned earlier, especially hatred, anger and jealousy. Those are three types of negative emotions in our mind. Whenever those emotions arise in people’s mind, they lose inner peace.
Buddha’s wisdom is inconceivable. Therefore, Buddha sees everything, Buddha knows everything. Buddha knows what brings happiness exactly to one’s life and Buddha knows what can cause liberation, so the Buddha’s teaching is most valuable, very very valuable.
[There are] basic conditions for us to be a basic Buddhist person. One of these basic conditions are like to take commitment do not harm any being, do not cut off others’ life.
