One morning of the 11th day of the 8th month of Tibetan calendar, when we visit some families of Gotsa lineage living around our monastery, we celebrate those who reach the age of 80 and auspicious 100th-birthday of a lady of the Ra family, Dondrub Drolma.

The Great Stupa was built in 1997 by our beloved, kind guru Lamasang, in fulfillment of the prophesies of Vajrapani, Guru Rinpoche and many other enlightened ones. Lamasang’s building of the Great Stupa preserves the teachings and brings peace and prosperity for everyone in the human world.

Tashi Delek! Dear everyone. I hope everyone is doing good. And this is so-called Saka Dawa or Vaisakhi. A very important month, very important Dharma day because our great Teacher, Compassionate Buddha Shakyamuni was born, reached Buddhahood and went to Nirvana. So this becomes very important month for us as Buddhist practitioners.

Hungkar Dorje Rinpoche of Lungon Monastery is a lover of the nature - He is always interested in protecting the natural environment. In recent years, more than 10,000 trees have been planted in the Monastery and in the surrounding mountains. The work of maintaining and protecting trees is also maintained continuously every year.

Our practice of Vajrapani has a lot of power. It has a lot of blessing. So we can purify oneself on and purify others, too. And we can dedicate merit for others so that this problem will end soon. Because Buddha’s Dharma has a lot of incredible power and blessing so we can help other human beings as well.

It is a very good idea to practice that specific Vajrapani practice – treasure from Lama Sang. I think a lot of people know about Lama Sang, the treasure revealer of this Vajrapani [practice]. Lama Sang was emanation of Vajrapani, of Guru Rinpoche, of Lhalung Palgyi Dorje – one of the 25 disciples of Guru Rinpoche.

The main thing we do on this day is to remember the kindness and the meaning of the teachings by remembering the profound wisdom of Long Chenpa. Also, remember to pray for success in following his instructions and his steps to the most profound awareness, the Buddha nature.

Because of this new infectious disease that is spreading in China, it affects a lot of people, people's lives and people's mood and a lot of things. and, we are practicing Buddha Dharma, specifically in our monastery we are practicing or we have been practicing wrathful form of [Vajrapani], treasure of Lama Sang reciting the mantra of this sadhana: HUNG BENZA PHAT, HUNG BENZA PHAT which is very blessful and very powerful. This got a very good history.

When I was just going to turn the lights on, I noticed there was a light that was glowing from the Sarasvati in the thangka. I went in front of it to stare at the Thangka a while without any thoughts. Then I had a thought to take some pictures, so I went to my bedroom to bring back my phone.

In the phenomena of dazzling colors, there are the bright, the dark path and the one in the middle. One who is separated from the bright path, puts himself in the dark side, teaching the eight ways of worldly dharmas.

One can accumulate great merit through memorializing the kind master and the activities of his profound teachings and wisdom mind. It is a special time that one should make offerings and pray to him on the anniversary day.
