Nhập Thất Mùa Đông năm nay, chúng tôi có thêm phần thực hành Pháp thiền Kim Cang Tát Đoả và trì tụng chú 100 âm. Thầy Hungkar đã ủng hộ và hướng dẫn tôi thật kỹ lưỡng về phần quán tưởng để thực hiện video và điều hành phần thực hành này để các hành giả tham dự được nhận đầy đủ lực gia trì của Ngài. Video thực hành này là để giúp hành giả thực hành Pháp Kim Cang Tát Đoả biết cách quán tưởng và trì tụng. Đây thật là một đặt ân lớn của Ngài Hungkar dành cho mọi người khắp mọi nơi trên thế giới có thể tham gia NTMĐ tại tu viện Longen bên Golog. Chúng tôi hy vọng việc làm này sẽ mang lại nhiều lợi lạc cho tất cả mọi người tham gia NTMĐ.

Daily Vajrasattva Meditation
This winter retreat, we have added a daily joint practice session on Vajrasattva meditation and recitation of the 100-syllable mantra. Hungkar Rinpoche has given me detailed instructions to create the video and has given me his support to lead this program for participants to receive full blessings from Rinpoche. The recorded video of his chanting is intended to help us visualize and correctly meditate. This is a wonderful opportunity for participants around the world to connect to the winter retreat happening at the monastery in Golog. We hope this will bring more benefits to everyone as we practice this Vajrasattva meditation together.
